One of my favourite topics and areas of exploration relates to something I call Right Brain Leadership. This concept is a harmonious blend of my extensive creative, artistic and business backgrounds, much of which has involved managing, leading, teaching and working with individuals, teams and organisations and doing so in a creative, innovative and colourful way.
I absolutely love understanding how we work as human beings and how we can be more naturally focused on using our natural creative gifts and strengths, whether we believe we are creative or not.
As I spend more time researching my next book, focused on the topic of Right Brain Leadership (due out early 2015), I have come to understand that this new style of leadership offers an extensive range of benefits.
